The first line of defense. Removes dust and particles before they reach the airend. Pleated paper / fiberglass media with low initial pressure drop and high dust-holding capacity.
Typical replacement interval: 1,500–2,000 h (dust conditions vary).
The highest-value filter in the system. Coalesces oil mist from compressed air, keeping residual oil at ≤ 3 ppm and pressure drop stable across its service life.
Fiberglass media + stainless steel support mesh. 2,000–4,000 h typical life.
Keeps lubricating oil free of metal wear particles and sludge, protecting bearings and the rotor. Built-in bypass valve maintains oil flow even when the element is loaded.
Anti-drain-back valve prevents dry starts. ~2,000 h typical life.
Cut intake and exhaust noise on compressors, blowers and vacuum pumps
Sintered bronze or stainless steel element diffuses air burst noise at the source. Compact, robust, resistant to pressure pulses and temperature — ideal for compressor intake and small pneumatic exhausts.
Chamber-and-baffle construction for larger blowers and compressor exhausts — strong attenuation across low and mid frequencies where sintered elements alone fall short.
Downstream air-line filtration — housing and element quoted separately
First stage after the dryer: removes bulk water, oil aerosols and solid particles down to a few microns, protecting the precision stages behind it.
High-efficiency coalescing stage for oil aerosols and fine particles. Low pressure drop keeps energy costs down across the whole element life.
Final polishing stage: adsorbs oil vapor and odor for breathing-air-adjacent, food and instrumentation applications where only vapor-grade cleanliness passes.
